About BI Reports & Forecasting Module
Business-intelligence module that enriches RMS Cloud native reporting with pre-built board-ready reports: monthly commercial pack, weekly revenue meeting deck, daily flash report, cancellation cohort analysis, source-market mix by month, and a demand forecast that projects occupancy and ADR forward ninety days using your last three years of history plus regional demand signals. Optional rate recommendation engine proposes rate moves per date and per room type, with human approval required before writing back to RMS Cloud. Includes a natural-language query bar for ad-hoc questions, and CSV, Excel and PDF exports ready for board packs and investor updates.
How to get started
Add to cart and place the order
Add the module to your cart and place the order. A payment link and account access instructions arrive by email.
Access your Cloudrms account
Use the access link sent by email to open your Client Area. Your RMS Cloud module is ready to configure.
Connect your RMS Cloud API credentials
Enter your RMS Cloud API key under Settings → Connected RMS Cloud Account. Need help retrieving your API key? See the RMS Cloud access guide.
Configure and go live
Follow the module’s own configuration wizard. The first synchronisation with your RMS Cloud account runs within 15 minutes of activation.
