How to connect your RMS Cloud account

To use a Cloudrms module you'll need to provide your RMS Cloud API credentials. Here's where to find them. For a full walk-through, see the detailed tutorial.

Log in to your RMS Cloud account

Open your RMS Cloud system at the URL provided during onboarding. This is usually a custom URL of the form yourhotel.rmscloud.com or the RMS Cloud cloud portal.

Open the API settings

Inside RMS Cloud, go to Settings → Integrations → API Access. Depending on your RMS Cloud plan, administrator access may be required to view this section.

Generate or copy your API key

If no API key exists yet, click "Generate new key". Copy the key and keep it somewhere safe — RMS Cloud will only display it once.

Paste it into your Cloudrms Client Area

Once inside your Cloudrms Client Area, go to Settings → Connected RMS Cloud Account and paste your RMS Cloud API key. The connection is tested immediately.

Client Area access — frequently asked questions

Check your spam or junk folder first. If the link hasn't arrived within ten minutes, request a new one using the same email address. Make sure you're entering exactly the same email address that appeared on your original Cloudrms order.
Yes. Come back to this page, enter your email again and a fresh access link valid for 30 minutes will be dispatched immediately. Links expire for security reasons — this prevents old links from being used if your email is forwarded or compromised.
Make sure you're entering the exact email address used at checkout. If you have your order confirmation email, use that address. If you still can't get in, email us at support@cloudrms.org with your order reference.
For now, each Cloudrms account is tied to a single email address. If your hotel team needs multi-user access, contact support and we'll manually add authorised email addresses to your account.
Yes. Every Cloudrms module connects to RMS Cloud through the official RMS Cloud API. You'll need an active RMS Cloud subscription. Cloudrms does not replace RMS Cloud — it extends it.
